Meet Kim Richens
Kim founded Central Appointments in February 2000 as a direct result of her passion for recruitment. It was her aim to create a quality recruitment consultancy that is both respected by clients and candidates alike - and a fun environment to work in!
Kim has over 20 years experience in recruitment and prior to setting up her own successful consultancy, worked for a leading high street agency for eleven years. Kim's enjoyment of recruitment stems from the challenge of finding her clients the best possible employees and her candidates their perfect job!
In March 2008 Kim chose to join partnership with the Angela Mortimer Group - a company that shared the same values when it came to excellent customer service and professionalism. The transition has been exceptional and Kim's new aim is to be the agency of choice in the Bristol market for all sectors of commercial recruitment.
